Co-Founder & CEO
Mike earned top sales recognition across multiple years and industries. He brings that experience to BoltLink, coaching reps to sharpen their skills and own their results. Outside work, he enjoys shredding ’80s guitar and riding his Onewheel.
Dave Long
Co-Founder & COO
Dave brings more than $8 million in solar sales and $500,000 in security contracts to BoltLink, along with hands-on sales management experience. Outside work, he’s usually playing drums, camping, or talking retro video games.
